Noble County has earned an “A” BDO Zone Rating!⭐️

Be Noble Inc., Ecostrat, and the BDO Zone Initiative are proud to announce this major milestone—the first BDO Zone “A” Rating in the State of Indiana! So, what does that mean? It means Noble County has been recognized as a highly viable, low-risk location for biobased industrial development, thanks to our:

🌽 Abundant and reliable agricultural feedstock
🚜 Strong history of corn production
🏭 Existing demand from ethanol and livestock operations
📍 Strategic location and transportation access
⚡ Site-ready infrastructure at the Ligonier Industrial Park
🚂 Nearby rail and airports
💧 Full utilities, natural gas, municipal water & wastewater
📡 1 Gbps symmetric fiber

The rating covers 475,000 bone-dry tons of low-risk corn stover per year*within a 75-mile drive radius of Ligonier. This recognition puts Noble County on the map as a strong, investment-ready location for bio-based companies looking to grow in the Midwest. 🌱📈

We want to give a big thank you to Bosch Albion Plant for hosting the Be Noble Inc. Board Meeting this week! 🏭🤝 It’s always a great opportunity to connect, learn, and hear directly from the amazing manufacturers and businesses that help make Noble County strong. 💪🌟

And a special thank you for the thoughtful locally sourced touches! 💐☕🍪 The beautiful flowers, coffee, and treats were a wonderful way to highlight some of our locally owned Noble County small businesses: Avia Gardens LLC, Dani's Desserts, and The Fox Den, which proudly brews Country Roads Coffee. 🛍️❤️
