🚨 SERIOUS QUESTION FOR EVERYONE IN THE T-SHIRT BUSINESS! 👕💭

I want to have a serious conversation, and I especially want to hear from my fellow T-shirt designers, printers, and small business owners.

AT WHAT POINT DO YOU TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER NO?

When you're in the T-shirt business, your job is to bring your customer's vision to life. That's what we do! We create, we customize, and we turn people's ideas into something they can actually wear.

There is very little that we cannot create when it comes to designing and printing T-shirts.

So here's my question: When a customer comes to you with a design request, at what point do you decide that you will NOT make that shirt?

Is it based on your personal beliefs? Your opinions? The message on the shirt? Or simply because you don't agree with what the customer wants?

Let me speak for MYSELF.

I've been in this business for years, and my personal approach has always been simple. If a customer brings me an idea, I have the ability to create it, and it's something I can legally produce, then I'm going to do my job.

The one thing I personally draw the line at is someone asking me to copy another designer's original work without permission. I respect other people's creativity just like I want mine respected.

But outside of that, I understand that everybody has different opinions, beliefs, and reasons for wanting certain things printed on a shirt.

My customers are not required to think like me, believe what I believe, or agree with everything I agree with.

This is my business. This is my craft. And this is also how I make my income.

Now, I also understand that every business owner has the right to establish boundaries about what they will and will not create.

But I genuinely want to hear from the people who actually work in this industry.

WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE?

And if you've ever turned down a paying customer because of what they wanted printed on a T-shirt, what was your reason?

I'm not asking to argue. I'm asking because I think this is a conversation worth having among people who make a living doing what we do.

✨ WHAT IS SUBLIMATION? ✨
Ever wondered how sublimation T-shirts are made? 👕🔥 Check out this video of me pressing a sublimation shirt!
Sublimation is a printing process where the design is transferred directly into the fabric using heat. Unlike some other printing methods, the design becomes part of the material instead of sitting on top of it.

💡 A little sublimation tip:
For the BEST, brightest and most vibrant results, sublimation works best on items with 65% polyester or higher. The higher the polyester content, the more those colors POP! 🌈🔥

And YES — Pretti-Gurl Tees prints sublimation images up to 24 inches wide the height is unlimited! 💕
If you make your own shirts and just need the print, I can help you with that too!
📩 Message me for your sublimation printing needs.
