Must have: Truck & small hand tools. Clean driving record, drug free, these are a priority. Able to work on a ladder, and willing to crawl under a house sometimes to retrieve a dead animal or do light repairs. Training on wildlife control will be provided as well as safety & repair work to prevent animal damage. Starting pay is 10 a billable hr but will go up significantly based on performance to per job quotes. I am looking for a reliable, quality person who enjoys working outdoors. This is an incredibly easy way to start your own business, rather than working an hourly gig where your pay is fixed. Jobs are already sold in most cases (certainly at first), you just have to do them. Jobs are posted on our web app.

Notice the small dark spot at the top of the wall where the wood meets the painted brick? That's the small opening that bats were using to get into this building in Covington, LA. Bat removal often requires us to get on a ladder, and this wall is no different!
