Happy Friday, and it is time for Q-squared. (Quick Question) Is it a good idea to go to conferences for training, networking, building new partnerships, or (gasp!) entertainment/pseudo vacation? Happy Friday, and it is time for Q-squared. (Quick Question) I plan to be asking these questions every Friday morning, and here is the first one.
How many projects should a Project Manager run at the same time? Does it matter if they are large or small? Obviously some projects require a full time Project Manager for the project, but what about smaller projects that have small teams, small budgets, and less complications? Is there a top limit of how many a certain project manager can do effectively? If so, what is it?
