The session featured an impactful Advocacy Panel with Ashley Coneff, Jenny Beaudoin, Stu Litman and Jean Lanfear, along with key Labor Law insights from Doug Duerr. Attendees also heard a compelling NIL presentation from Dr. Wendy Ellis Jones, followed by an energizing keynote from John Herman of BERO Brewing.

Day 2 of the 2026 Franchise Business Services (FBS) Annual Summit continued the momentum with a full day of connection and insight.

The morning began with breakfast, followed by general session, bringing franchisees together to align, share updates and strengthen the community. The general session featured an engaging FBS Town Hall, creating space for meaningful conversation and transparency across the network.

A highlight of the day was the keynote presentation from Lisa Landsman, “The Future of Search,” which offered a forward-looking perspective on how evolving search trends will shape the way brands connect with customers.

Reflecting on a strong day one of the 2026 Franchise Business Services (FBS) Annual Summit at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

The Summit opened with an engaging general session, followed by the presentation of Service Awards by Roz Mallet and Jenny Beaudoin, recognizing outstanding milestones across the FBS community. Members also gained valuable insights from Inspire Brands leadership, along with a Town Hall featuring Tristan Meline, Rachel Richal and Megan Voth.

The day concluded with a well-attended opening reception in the trade show, bringing together partners and franchisees for a great start to the summit experience.
