Good signage can make finding the right destination a whole lot easier.
YESCO completed this custom monument and wayfinding sign for Columbia County Health System in Dayton, Washington, bringing several healthcare services together on one clean, easy-to-read structure.
With identification for Rosemary’s Place, Columbia Family Clinic Dental, Respiratory Therapy and Wound Care—plus a prominent parking directional—the finished sign helps patients know where they’re going before they even leave the road.
Another great example of signage working as both branding and wayfinding.

A sign that's more than just a welcome.
YESCO helped bring this City of Prosser monument sign to life in Prosser, Washington, complete with dimensional identification, architectural stonework and an integrated electronic message center.
The digital display gives the city a convenient way to keep its messaging fresh while the custom monument creates a distinctive entrance for the community.

In 1997 we built and installed the University Heights city sign. The sign has been an icon of the neighborhood for almost 30 years now. University Heights Community Association (UHCA) shared some amazing photos from the installation in March of 1997. This year we had the opportunity to replace all the neon for the letters and some of the border units as well. As part of the repair we had to replace some of the transformers, all of which are original from the 90s. The sign is still running on some of the original transformers which is incredible.

Our team finished working on several sign updates for HAPO Community Credit Union in Kennewick.

We got to work manufacturing and installing two new flexible faces for the street-side pole sign along West Clearwater Avenue, The old “Community Center” branding was replaced with HAPO's identification and branding.

Existing signs can be adapted alongside a property update so your business keeps the pieces that still work while refreshing the branding for all your customers to see.

We love preserving neon signs especially the ones we build. Almost 30 years ago we built and installed this sign in University Heights in San Diego. All these years later it’s amazing to see the appreciation and care of the community.

We built the iconic Coachman’s sign in Salt Lake City in the 1970s. In 2021, the restaurant closed, and the future of the sign became uncertain. We were honored when Liberty Wells Community Council came to us with a plan to save the sign. With the help of the community, enough money was raised to remove and store the sign until a new home can be found. The community is actively looking for a new home to put the sign in Salt Lake if anyone has any ideas..

We truly believe and hope neon will always have a place in the sign world and we will always advocate for preserving historic signs while exploring ever changing sign technology.
