Consumer advisory. I strongly advise against purchasing these so-called professional ranges from big-box retailers. This applies not only to this particular brand but also to others within the same category. The financial implications of repairing these units are not justifiable. They require significant labor due to their design, which does not facilitate easy maintenance. Furthermore, the manufacturer typically provides parts for only a limited duration before issues arise. A single service call can exceed half the cost of a new replacement. While they may appear attractive, their performance does not match their appearance. With over ten years of service experience, I can honestly state that I would not accept one of these units even if it were offered at no cost. They are that subpar.
