Taylor Armstrong is an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She was a cast member on Bravo’s Real Housewives Ultimate Girls’ Trip and was featured on The Real Housewives of Orange County. In addition to her Bravo history, Taylor played a role on VH1 Couple’s Therapy, CELEBrations with David Tutera, as well as Oprah’s OWN Network. Taylor released her first film, Guardians, with Eric Roberts.

Today, she is a nationally sought-after keynote speaker and survivor advocate who partners with universities, organizations, and conferences to educate audiences on healthy relationships, emotional red flags, self-worth, resilience, and trauma-informed awareness. Her signature keynote, Behind the Beverly Hills Smile, blends vulnerability, humor, and prevention-based tools in a deeply engaging, emotionally safe format.

Taylor will share her private reality of domestic violence, emotional control, and fear. After finding safety and rebuilding her life, Taylor transformed her trauma into purpose.
