Sometimes doing the right thing just needs a little reframe. At our Highland Park project, the plan was standard demolition — fast, familiar, done in days. Enter Recyclean Inc. who asked a different question: what if the building still had life left in it?
Through deconstruction, Recyclean carefully took the building apart, salvaging and donating usable materials, keeping them out of landfills, and giving them a second chapter.
Yes, it takes longer. But when a project is already waiting on approvals like zoning, the timing can be ideal. Add in the environmental impact and a tax deduction, and the value becomes clear. We’re proud to work with partners who make a meaningful difference for the environment.
