For our Kenton area customers: As mentioned previously due to a fiber cable being damaged that feeds fiber to several Kenton area services including cell towers we had a secondary bandwidth source installed yesterday morning. Unfortunately the equipment this company installed locked up and required a reboot multiple times. You likely will have an interruption between 10 and 11 am this morning while this is diagnosed. Thank you for your patience as we want to keep any downtime to a minimum.

The fiber feeding most of the Hardin Co network went out yesterday morning. I was able to put in a backup connection for 24 hours which is usually sufficient. The fiber repair crew is still working on the outage but I'm hearing an estimate may be noonish today? Because of this being an extended outage, I am having a permanent backup connection installed tomorrow morning. I do apologize and thanks for your patience.

We currently have an outage that I need to investigate on the Dugan GL and Elliott sites.

Early this morning there is a power outage with AEP, Kenton and a major hub on our internet distribution was offline but has been restored with a generator.

We have another fiber outage. Rushing to put in a backup system.

There is currently a fiber outage where we connect into the internet source. I have no details but will set up a backup connection if it's more than an hour. This is impacting Foraker,Maysville, Grant, Forest, Kenton areas.

We are having some equipment failure that will be impacting our CR5 and Harper area customers. Working as quickly as possible to install new equipment on the tower.

Just a small alert. We have a meeting with our bandwidth supply company and our Belle Center area customers may have a brief outage between 8am and 10am today. One of our jobs is to ensure the quality and performance of the network and this is in regard to some occasional performance issues I've noticed. Thanks for your patience as this is addressed.
