We’re looking for a Janitor / Day Porter to join our team. We aren't looking for a perfect resume; we’re looking for someone who actually cares about doing a good job and showing up when they say they will.
The Realities of the Job:
It’s Physical: You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and getting your hands dirty. (We have gloves)
The "Porter" Role: Unlike a night janitor, you might be working while the building is active. You’ll need to be polite to staff and keep the high-traffic areas looking professional.
The Routine: Floors, trash, restrooms, and detail cleaning. If you see a smudge on the glass or a spill in the hallway, you’re the person who handles it before anyone has to ask.
The Standard: We need people who actually buy in and won't cut corners when nobody is looking.
