We would like to give a huge thank you to Ed Pettit of American Legion Post 36 for donating our new beautiful American Flag and Julie widener delivered the new flag to The Factory. These two visited The Factory and saw our older flag was in need of being replaced and took it upon themselves to donate and deliver a brand new flag. Isn't she lovely?

As a friendly reminder, we do house many businesses as well as residential clients. If you have children we ask that you please not let them run around the premises alone as this not only disturbs our residents but is also a risk to your children. Shop and support Next Step Ministries!
Join us at The Factory in Kernersville on Saturday, April 25th, 9-3. There will be over 50 vendors with a wide variety of products and services: handcrafted gifts, jewelry, handmade soaps and baskets, purses and accessories, clothing, spa and skin care products, candles, home and garden decor, gourmet teas and food items, wood crafts, wreaths, linens, books, lots of personalized and one of a kind items and more! There will many great gift items for upcoming special events like Mother's Day, graduation and weddings. Pizza and Gelato from Giadas Trattoria. Bring the kids for face painting and appearances from your favorite princesses!

Saturday, Nov. 8, from 11-3 is the craft fair held by Renew Boutique & Décor at The Factory. There will be vendors of all kinds setting up - FIVE live bands, professional Catering, on-site massages, lots of games, raffles, and giveaways, crafts and handmade goods, plus much more! It's also participating in the FOX 8 Food Drive, so we are trying to raise 15,000 cans for the Second Harvest Food Bank. There will be a collection center at the event - for every 5 cans you bring, you will receive 3 raffle tickets for our REALLY awesome series of raffles!

Kernersville Folly is tomorrow 10am-10pm! Streets are closed off for vendors but remember that The Factory is full of it's own vendors! Come check out our coffee/consignment shops at Revive: Coffee, Consignment, Live Music, wine/oil/vinegar store at Virgilio's Premium Vinegars, Oils & Edibles, bo***ir studio at Simply-Boudoir, food/drink specials at Giadas Trattoria, specialty boutique at Renew Boutique & Décor, dance and yoga specials with Studio Elevé, a speciality salon with nails and hair at Trend Setters Salon and Barber Shop Maestro, a wine shop for the perfect evening wine down at Thistle Stop Wine Shop and more! We'll all be open tomorrow so watch for our flyers by the street side!

Changes are happening at The Factory! Barber Shop Maestro is for rent. 450sf and rent is $500 If you know someone who is interested please contact him directly. He will still be at The Factory but in a new space. Other changes to be announced soon!
