If their primary provider isn’t available, your call often gets sent out to multiple companies sometimes prioritizing cost over response time. This can lead to long delays while you’re waiting roadside. What you can do.If help isn’t arriving in a reasonable timeframe, contact a trusted local towing company yourself pay for it out of pocket and submit the invoice to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Also beware There are calling centers that act as local towing companies but doing the exact same thing often doubling prices.
