This past weekend, our Junction Academy Class 01-26 officially crossed the finish line!

Over the last five months, these recruits have dedicated themselves to the demanding process of becoming firefighters. Through long days, hard work, and countless hours of training, they have demonstrated the commitment, discipline, and determination required to serve their communities.

We are proud of everything this class has accomplished and honored to have been a part of their journey. Congratulations to each graduate—we look forward to seeing the positive impact you will make in the fire service.

Thank you Kerrville Fire Department for allowing us to use your facility! We greatly appreciate the hospitality as we finished all live fire skills for class of 01-26.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Lt. Isai Huerta, the injured firefighters, and all of Odessa Fire Rescue during this difficult time.

We honor Lt. Huerta’s sacrifice and stand with our brothers and sisters in the fire service.

Today marks the beginning of an exciting journey for the recruits of Academy Class 02-26 at West Texas Regional Fire Training.

Over the coming months, these cadets will be challenged, tested, and shaped into professionals ready to serve their communities.

We are excited to watch them grow and wish them success as they begin their training.
