We’re hiring someone to help The Commons grow! The Tongass FCU Director of Education & Community Development will manage The Commons and build on what happens here, from markets and pop-up shops to workshops that support local small businesses. You’ll work with the people who use the space, listen to their ideas and needs, and help bring new programs to life.

You’ll also work with schools and community partners across Southeast to help people build financial knowledge and confidence. It’s a chance to get involved in the everyday life of our communities, with support from your Tongass team.

We offer generous time off, including wellness days; medical, dental and vision coverage; a 401(k) with safe harbor and matching; education reimbursement, job training, financial wellness tools and more.

If you enjoy bringing people together and following through on ideas, we’d like to hear from you.
