Today was the last training session with the Food & Beverage Leadership Team from the NCR Country Club. Over the past 13 weeks I have watched these leaders grow into a more confident/driven team. Today's focus was on, "asking the right questions" and "what will be your legacy." These strong leaders are well prepared to lead their employees and create a great environment for the members of the club. I have truly enjoyed working with all these folks. Leadership training session number 11. Today's focus was on the power of influence the leader has and how they should use it to mentor future leaders. After working with these folks from the NCR Country Club I have no doubt these leaders get the message. They truly are leaders who care about the service they provide and the growth of their employees. Great training day today.

Met with Jesse Cambell today. Jesse is from ZCI General Contracting out of Cedarville, Ohio. I have been Jesse's leadership coach for over two months now. He is responsible for the hiring at ZCI and has used the business coaching techniques we have discussed. The results have been incredible for ZCI. In the past few months his company has grown 25%. All of the new hires are of the highest quality and are all producing great results for ZCI. It has been a pleasure watching him grow and use these tried and true techniques to improve his company. Session number 8 of 13 in the books. Had another great leadership training session with the outstanding crew from the NCR Country Club. This week's session focused on decision making and placing "value" in your employees. All of these individuals get these concepts and are striving to teach their employees. So refreshing to see all these leaders grow.
