Simaytis Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC is once again expanding and vetting new LNC subcontractors. If you have the following qualifications, please email me your CV/Resume and a work product if you have one.
What we are looking for:
Nurse with at least 5 years of experience.
Nursing home experience (as a nurse) or Assisted Living experience as a nurse. (we do not deal with legal cases outside of this and this is a MUST)
Nursing home regulatory guideline knowledge and standard of care/practice for nurses and nursing homes. (we only handle nursing home cases therefore this is a MUST)
Great organizational skills, time management skills and willing to put forth the effort to get the task done.
Great writing skills and ability to proofread your own work.
What we are not looking for:
To be a mentor or provide LNC training outside of our onboarding training.

Today is the official day, two years ago, I became a business owner in the state of Illinois.
When I started this journey into Legal Nurse Consulting, I was blessed to have connected and networked with some experienced LNCs that provided me the support and guidance I needed to "get my feet wet." That was NOT without some hardships, tears and frustration.
My 22 years in the LTC/Nursing Home industry has provided me the knowledge, experience and skills to provide my attorney clients and team of nurses what is needed for success in this business.
I am very happy to be celebrating two years and look forward to many more years. I want to thank everyone who has been there to support me, guide me, refer my business to others, I could not have done it without any of you!
As I look back to 2017, after an accident at work, never knowing if I would ever be able to provide nursing services again, I am proud to say, I AM DOING IT! No it is not bedside nursing, or in a facility working next to a team of nurses. BUT, I am and my team are providing nursing skills in a differnt format, still advocating for the resident/patient and for that I am BLESSED!
