I do architectural drafting for individuals, general contractors, remodeling contractors, and property managers/owners, primarily for properties in King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County. I also have experience in (Hawaii) Honolulu County acquiring building permits. Typically the blueprints I draw are submitted to a building department, with the objective of obtaining a building permit.
However...I also draw floor plans for use by property owners/landlords that depict the layout of their rental/income property, and these images are used to market their property. To get a bid for your project, I'll need the physical address of the property, and a brief description of what it is you want to do i.e. an addition of 500 sq ft for example. Want plans for a NEW HOME? Gather your pictures or sketches of what it is you'd like, and let's sit down and take a look at them, and then visit the site you want to put it on. I'm sure we can find a way to make it work. Or is it a REMODEL/Addition/alteration that you want? Let's talk about your ideas, and/or look at some pictures of what you'd like to do, and we'll make it work. Typically a set of drawings for a REMODEL will depict "existing" conditions (As-Built), and of course the "Proposed" conditions. Structural Engineering is also generally required on the majority of projects, to include NEW homes.
