🛑 Handle Delamination: The Problem You Can't Ignore
Take a good look at your favorite knife. Do you see gaps opening up between the handle scales (the wood/plastic parts) and the metal tang in the middle?
(Like in this photo!)
Why it’s a problem:
1. Hygiene Trap: Those gaps collect old food, water, and grease. They are impossible to clean and become perfect breeding grounds for bacteria. 🦠
