Brett Michael Carrier and The Pettiest Officer Organization vs. Dana Thomas

The court case against TPO and Brett has been publicized on their page. We assume that this was part of settlement and was required to set the record straight. The haphazard nature of the writing is definitely noted on our end.This appears to be intenional, either to make the paragraph look so long that most womt bother reading it, or it was approached with 'just get it over with attitude', much like ripping off a bandaid.

No pictures, no paragraph breaks, just a featured post which he modified the permissions with respect to the comments section. Apparently when you are getting roasted by your fanbase, you tend to not enjoy that experience.

Know Ye, that reposing special trust and confidence in the patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities which Brett Carrier has proven to have gravely misplaced. Upon due consideration, it is found that he has conducted himself in a manner inconsistent with the standards of honor and integrity, demonstrating behavior characterized by deception and harm toward others. Accordingly, it is declared that he shall be held accountable for actions which have caused injury not only to direct victims but also to others affected by his conduct and veiled intentions. He is therefore directed to immediately and diligently divest himself of any self-proclaimed authority or role, including that of “Pettiest Officer,” and to cease and desist from performing any duties or actions associated therewith.

All persons are hereby advised that no authority or credibility shall be afforded to him. Furthermore, he is required to comply fully with all lawful orders, judicial proceedings, and directives issued by courts, law enforcement, or other competent authorities, and to conduct himself in accordance with the fundamental standards of decency expected of any individual.

This declaration shall remain in force at the will of the people of the United States, until such time as justice and accountability are duly satisfied.

For those of you that may not know or are new here, The Pettiest Officer (TPO) started off as a whistle blower page for service members in the U.S. Coast Guard. It was primarily used for sexual assault cases, abuse of power or authority, and a chance for victims to potentially have closure or justice.

For the past year, TPO has engaged in malicious engagements against suspected members. In their eyes, their is no due process but rather mob rule. They will threaten, extort, coerce, and dox to keep people silent or to get their message out. Their "journalism" is amateur and reckless.

The following has been posted on reddit about Brett Carrier, one of the founders of The Pettiest Officer. It just further shows how unstable and evil they are.

To the member who shared their story... Brett still lives in Massachusetts. We would recommend reporting this crime to mass Massachusetts State Police (not local police) so you can have YOUR closure and justice.

Karma....

You may have noticed that we have been absent for a bit. This was due to a few reasons, most importantly mental health. Facebook can be exhausting dealing with the negativity that runs rampant on this platform. Secondly, we have families that need our presence first and foremost; we know you can all understand that. Lastly, we were allowing some information to blossom and today we are happy to report that karma has entered the chat.

Jeremy Bradley, one of The Pettiest Officer founders went to Admirals mast and was found guilty. The offical charges are still being filtered to us, but what we do know is that he has been awarded forfeiture of half a months pay for two months and reduced to paygrade of E5 (suspended).

While we do not want to celebrate someones misfortunes, it does feel good to see accountability. After all, this is what The Pettiest Officer wants, isnt it? While we were told that all Jeremy admitted to was proof reading some posts, that does no absolve him of his involvement. He claimed that he has been trying to distance himself since June/July of 2025, but we arent inclined to believe that for our own reasons. We will agree that TPOs posts since that time frame have been more manic and unhinged so perhaps there is some validity to this.

Regardless, we applaud the U.S. Coast Guard for doing their due diligence and holding this member accountable. We hope ME1 Bradley learns from this and is able to have a successful, healthy, and humble new beginning once he departs the USCG.

**** Edit**** the reduction to E5 was suspended, so he will retire receiving his E6 pension. We will continue to update as this develops.

We dont want to get political here... I our opinion both parties suck.

This needs to stop. Service members have enough to worry about, whether or not they get paid should never be a concern. This is damaging to morale and does not boast well for recruiting. Its infuriating seeing the Coast Guard aquire new training centers, cutters, starting new rates, but we cant get funding to pay the people doing the mission.

We are not bargaining chips. We are people, just like everyone else.

Stop the bu****it

The men and women of the Coast Guard are on the front lines protecting our nation day in and day out.

By shutting down DHS, Democrats are cutting off funding to this critical component — leaving Coast Guard personnel without a paycheck and lacking the support needed to carry out their mission to protect our homeland.

Our Coast Guard should NEVER be treated as collateral damage. Democrats need to end their partisan grandstanding and stop playing reckless games with our national security.

Coast Guard Men and Women,



Yesterday we recognized the remarkable courage of Aviation Survival Technician (AST) Tyler Jaggers. For his heroic actions during a rescue mission on February 27, he was meritoriously advanced to AST2 while assigned to an aircrew from Air Station Astoria, Oregon. AST2 Jaggers demonstrated extraordinary heroism in the face of extreme danger.



Today in a ceremony with his family, the Deputy MCPOCG and I awarded him the Distinguished Flying Cross, one of our Nation’s highest awards for heroism in aerial flight. This award and advancement are a testament to his selfless actions and his unwavering devotion to our highest calling: to save others. AST2 Jaggers represents the very best of our Service and the Aviation Rescue Swimmer community.



Sadly, AST2 Jaggers was critically injured during the rescue and remains hospitalized. His family has our unwavering support, and we continue to honor their privacy during this very difficult time.



Please join me in keeping AST2 Jaggers and his family in your thoughts and prayers. His courage inspires us all.
