HIRING APPOINTMENT SETTERS/CLOSERS
Salary & Compensation
-Base Salary: 20,000 EGP per month
-KPI Bonus: 5,000 EGP for for 20 sold appointments a month
-Additional Compensation: $5 USD per booked qualified appointments after graduation you will be closing deals and receive $25 per closed deal paid in USD along with salary monthly
Job Responsibilities
-Cold call small business owners in New Jersey, USA
-Pitch and sell Clover POS systems, credit card processing solutions, and related Clover services
-Build rapport with business owners and decision makers
-Handle objections professionally and confidently
-Close sales directly over the phone
-Schedule follow-ups and maintain organized sales records
-Meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
-Near-native or fluent American English accent and communication skills
-Previous cold calling experience is required
-Previous sales experience is required
-Experience selling POS systems, merchant services, or financial products is a plus
-Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
-Confident speaking with small business owners
-Ability to work independently and remain goal-oriented
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
-Professional attitude and strong work ethic
