Since everyone of us appreciates receiving Aloha…we should all try to live in The Spirit of Aloha and give twice as much as you expect to receive Aloha. What say you?

You may not see them, yet they are there for us. I can personally testify to that!!! Great job...TEAM.

Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, our dispatchers answer emergency calls with the utmost empathy, dedication, and efficiency. Through their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise, they have consistently demonstrated a steadfast commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.

On April 2, 2024, our dispatchers were awarded the RapidDeploy Superstar award for the work they did during the August 2023 wildfires and the work they continue to do each day.

This recognition is a testament to the exceptional teamwork, leadership, and expertise exhibited by every member of our 911 call center. Their tireless efforts in promptly responding to emergency calls, coordinating critical resources, and providing invaluable support to first responders in the field are exemplary and speak volumes of their commitment to our community.

Please join us in congratulating our dispatchers on this well-deserved honor!!!
