OPEN INTERVIEW FOR MATERIAL HANDLERS WILL BE ON MARCH 9, 2026 AT 10AM!!!!

We are hiring material handlers for our 2am, 6am, 8am, 9am, and 1pm shift start times! Starting pay is $17-$18/hour.

Make sure that you wear closed toed shoes (e.g. tennis shoes/boots) because you will be entering the warehouse as part of the interview process. You will be here for a few hours, so make sure that you plan ahead to stay until the end of the interview process. If you arrive after 10am, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed in to interview.

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Quarter 1 Valentine Candy Gram fundraiser raised $900 for Rusk County Pets Alive! (RCPA).

Since 2018, RCPA has worked tirelessly to keep the Rusk County Animal Shelter a no-kill facility. But their impact goes far beyond the shelter walls. Your support helps fund:

✨ Professional Skills: Through their partnership with the Billy Moore Correctional Center, inmates gain vocational skills in dog training, grooming, and socialization.
✨ "Hero-Ready" Pets: These dogs leave the program house-broken, socialized, and ready to be the perfect companion for their new families.
✨ Community Health: Providing free microchip events and spay/neuter services for local pet owners.

It was truly our pleasure to host the Kilgore ISD seniors! We were so impressed by their engagement and the insightful questions they asked about our operations. At Orgill, we believe that investing in our local students is an investment in the future of our industry. Kilgore Economic Development Corporation had the privilege of facilitating a student tour at Orgill, Inc. — one of our region’s major distribution and logistics employers. Kilgore ISD seniors stepped inside a world-class operation to see firsthand how supply chain, technology, and teamwork power a national company from right here in East Texas. Experiences like this matter. When students can see advanced logistics in action, meet local leaders, and understand the real career pathways available after graduation, it changes perspective. It connects education to opportunity. Thank you to the team at Orgill for opening your doors and investing in the future workforce of our community. And thank you to Kilgore Independent School District’s CTE program for partnering to create meaningful career exploration experiences. The future of East Texas industry is sitting in today’s senior class — and we’re dedicated to helping build that bridge.

Spreading warmth this holiday season! 🧣✨

We are so proud of our Kilgore DC team for coming together to donate blankets for every single resident at Arbor Grace Nursing Home.

A few of our team members had the honor of hand-delivering the blankets and spending some quality time with the residents. To make the day even more special, Mr. & Mrs. Claus joined us for the festivities! 🎅🤶

There’s nothing quite like the gift of comfort and a little extra company. Thank you to everyone at Kilgore DC who made this possible!

We were so fortunate this month to support the Longview Chapter of Habitat for Humanity! We were happy to donate essential building materials, including joint compound, grass seed, and caulk, to help them continue their amazing work building homes.

It's always a great feeling to help amazing organizations like Habitat for Humanity! We believe in their mission and are proud to play a small part in building stronger communities.
