Something really cool. Our customer PCF made the cover of a Dirt Wheels magazine. The CanAM on the cover has a set of wheels by TopHand. PCF did the finish details and all the vehicle modifications.

Detailing a 24" diameter pipe with CNC Plasma at TopHand.

Impressive table base built for Phillips Forest Products. It is 28ft long and 13ft wide. The base is post tensioned carbon steel all CNC Waterjet cut, welded, powder coated and bolted together. The base weighs 2,000 lbs. The top is by Phillips Forest and is 2.5" thick pecan wood that weighs 2,500 lbs. It was an amazing project and the table is a work of art and beauty!

CNC precision waterjet cut parts come together perfectly. Design and assembly made easy with CNC abrasive waterjet. Parts are grooved and tabbed for quick accurate and no tool assembly. These parts were cut from 6061 aluminum alloy and are secured with 18-8 stainless fasteners.

Nice nesting and tooling job by Austin. There about 250 parts with some 1,500 pierces. Material is a 3/16" thick 316 series stainless. Tolerance were held to +/-0.004".
