๐Ÿ‡ The magic of harvest is officially underway! ๐Ÿทโœจ

Our first load of grapes has arrived from Brickhaven Vineyard, and that means the excitingโ€”and sometimes downright magicalโ€”work inside the w**ery is just beginning!

Once the grapes are here and ready, itโ€™s time to add yeast. Sounds simple, right? Not quite! Yeast selection, timing, temperature, and the amount added all require precision and care. We want to encourage a clean, healthy fermentation that allows the natural character of the grapes to shine.

And this is definitely not a process we can rush. Fermentation is a delicate dance between yeast, sugar, temperature, and time. Weโ€™re constantly monitoring our tanks, checking progress and making adjustments when needed.

Stay tuned as thereโ€™s a lot happening behind the scenes before that fresh grape juice becomes the w**e youโ€™ll eventually enjoy in your glass.

Harvest season is here, and we canโ€™t wait to see what this yearโ€™s grapes become!

For $50, everything you need to create a beautiful Fall Porch Pot is includedโ€”your pot, soil, 4 plants, a fall pick, and gourds or small pumpkins!

Grab a friend, enjoy your favorite Vintage Escapes beverage, and spend the evening getting creative! Feel free to come early and enjoy something from our kitchen before the workshop.
