Yes. This looks gross. No. It’s not uncommon. I do say some bad words. It happens. My friend owns the location I was at and they are fully aware of all videos and stuff said. They were sent to them first

Wooo. Finally finishing up for the night after taking care of a triple stack oven cleaning. Found a couple issues I'll bring up to the customer and see if they want some repairs or if they want to run it as is.

We have been busy all over the place taking care of our customers. Here is a few before and after pictures (out of order as usual) of a few jobs. We do not disclose names of restaurants due to the chance of offending them or discouraging others from eating there. A lot of these jobs are just people who need help getting things cleaned or simply maintained by a professional.

Just a few jobs from welding up brackets that were held with hopes and dreams, to replacing a sheet of B deck that was hit by the garbage man. Others include check a fryer out that had a crack and the other was inspecting another fryer by cleaning the grease to make sure it's safe and up to date on maintenance!
