This campaign is divided into three unique jobs, with agents addressing one of the following specialties:
1) Service Credit Cards
2) Loan Support (First Tier)
3) Deposit Services
Agents will perform the following functions:
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Evaluate and adequately complete requested transactions in one of the three categories listed above.
- Research, resolve, and de-escalate member questions or issues.
- Maintain working knowledge of PenFed deposit, credit cards, and loan products
- Update member records and document member calls.
- Educate members on PenFed products and services to best support their financial goals.
- Efficiently navigate multiple banking platforms via internet browsers and other software.
- Meet productivity metrics each month.

Equipment:
All Equipment will be provided by the company.
Training:
Agents will train remotely under the guidance of two trainers. The training period will run for 4 weeks. Once training is over, agents will utilize their company-issued equipment to work from home.

Pay:
Agents will earn $12.50 an hour during training. Once training has been completed, pay will increase to $14.00 an hour.
