Great News. We have the FedEx situation fixed and are back to the daily pick ups. Please remember FedEx Express is picking up anytime after 2:30 pm, FedEx Ground anytime after 3:00 pm and UPS anytime after 4:00 pm. We look forward to helping with all of your shipping needs.

Good Morning. We wanted to come on here and let everyone know there is an issue with FEDEX Express. Due to the Warsaw facility closing the end of May, it seems that they are in a bit of a pickle. If you shipped something with FEDEX Express yesterday anywhere in the Northern Neck, it has not moved. They did not send anyone out to pick up express packages.
I am working hard to find the answers and get this taken care of. PLEASE be patient as I am doing everything I can to insure this doesn't happen again.
We understand how devastating this is and how it can impact everyone. Please know I am working to get answers for everyone.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
We wanted to let you know we are able to process "most" FEDEX QR Codes now. Unfortunately, we are still not able to process the UPS QR Codes.
If you get an AMAZON QR codes. Contact them and tell them that you live over an hour away from a UPS Store and it is an inconvenience for you to drive that far. Ask them to please email you a PREPAID label. Don't worry though if you do not have access to a printer, we have one here just for that reason. Come on in, log into the Wi-Fi and print straight from your phone, tablet or laptop.

Happy THURSDAY!!!! Just wanted to pop on here for a minute and let everyone know we have some climate control storage units available.
