Boil Water Advisories for all our system are now lifted effective 9:25 a.m. This includes residents on Hayward E. Ladner Rd., Spruce St., Cortez Circle; Chester Lee Rd; Roads 268 & 269 and Wilco Rd. It is now safe to resume normal use of the water. Thank you for your patience.

Boil Water Advisory effective immediately for customers on Hayward Ladner Rd off of Hwy 603; Cortez Ct. & Spruce St. until further notice. Someone clearing land hit our main line. Technicians are on the scene now working to repair the rupture. In all likelihood, the notice will be in effect through at least Tuesday, July 14, 2026. An update alert will be published when the boil water advisory is lifted. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as our technicians work to restore the water service.

Boil Water Advisory Lifted for the affected Leetown customers effective 10:45 a.m. this morning. You may resume normal use of the water. Thank you for your patience over the past several days.

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 in observance of a State holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. If you have an emergency during the closure period, please call our office at 228-255-6800 to retreive the cell number of the on-call technician.

We extend our best wishes to our customers for a safe 4th of July weekend.

June 2026: Annual Water Quality Report

On behalf of our Board of Directors President, Brandon Hoda, I am pleased to present to you this year's Annual Water Quality Report. It is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day. We continue to make every effort to improve our services and protect our water resources.

Just a sincere note of thanks to our patient customers and their understanding when we have unexpected loss of water. I appreciate you all.

New Rates & Cut-off Procedures Effective June 1, 2026

There will no longer be an 8:00 a.m. $30.00 fee to avoid meter being locked. For meters locked, then unlocked during normal maintenance department hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m - the fee will be $75.00. If a customer wants to have a meter unlocked after 3:00 p.m., there will be an additional $100.00 - for a total of $175.00 as we must pay our technicians overtime after 3:00 p.m. (Board approved 4/14/26)

A new meter set fee of $400.00 will also go into effect on June 1, 2026. This fee pertains to setting a meter in an existing meter box with a existing tap, whereby the meter has been previously pulled or never placed. This is not the same as a new 3/4" installation, which still remains at $750.00 but will increase in the near future.

In addition to the above rate changes, the fee for subcontracted road bores is now $1,300.00 plus supplies billed after installation.
We require 50% down on road bores and the balance to be paid monthly in increments of $100.00. Failure to pay the monthly amount will result in the meter being locked and a $75.00 unlock fee will apply. A $10.00 late charge will also be assessed monthly if the payment is not received on time.
