RANT TIME!

We are HAPPY to help you with your QR code shipments for USPS and FedEx.

However we have and will continue to charge accordingly for this service. Prepaid label prints are $2 each and packaging varies based on size and need. THIS IS NOT NEW.

You can absolutely avoid these fees by having your label already printed and your package ready to go.

We are spending an astronomical amount of time, energy, and tape, only to be met with an attitude when it comes time to pay for said services.

We also have ALWAYS offered FREE basic taping in an effort to get you in and out as quickly as possible. We have noticed that over the past year this kindness has been grossly undervalued and vastly taken advantage of. While we value each and every one of our customers, please be considerate of our time and materials, neither are free to me.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP, NOT BE ABUSED. YOUR ATTITUDE WILL BE MET WITH THE SAME ENERGY.

Thank you to all of our amazing customers who help us keep our lights on and support the wages for our 4 employees.

Here’s your sign Devon Hardison. I’ll never get those 15 minutes of my life back that I wasted trying to help you send a simple email, just for you to walk out after attempting to provide a picture of a temporary ID on your phone for notary services.
Not only did you waste our time, not only did you steal from a small business, but you also gave unsolicited shipping advice to one of our customers that will directly affect our business.
Anyway I stand behind my outburst and I wish you much luck in your “private investigator” endeavors.

P.S. if you’re bold enough to come at me as a notary yourself PLEASE do better and understand that you’re part of the problem if you let people bully you into breaking the law or just willfully ignore the fact that WE CANNOT ACCEPT TEMPORARY PAPER ID’s OR PICTURES/COPIES OF ANY ID. Here’s looking at you Deborah!

Calling them as I see them. Don’t like it? Keep scrolling.
