In addition to our new line of fruit leathers, Dr. D's Gourmet Creations is happy to announce a line of dried fruits that will eventually include some unique trail mix recipes. We have two dried fruits in the store now and will be adding items to the inventory over the next few weeks. Today, we have sun-dried persimmon grown right here in Mohave County, north of Vally Vista. The second offering is banana chips. Both are available in our store on Eighth St., just off Routte 66 in Kingman, AZ. We hope to see you soon.

Creation Question of the Week. We have three flavors to choose from. To vote, reply with the following options for our third gourmet creation.

1. Banana Raspberry
2. Bananas Foster
3. Blueberry Banana Cream

We also stated making dried fruits for sale in the store. We have sundried persimmon and dried bananas. Stop by the shop and get yourself some.

Here is a picture of a few packages of Bison Jerky Strips. These tasty treats were made from free-range, grass-fed Bison and lightly flavored with hot Hungarian Pepper and several other spices and herbs. They are made using natural ingredients without preservatives. We will be at Metcalf Park today, Sunday, May 26th, from 9AM until 3 PM. The park is on Metcalf, just down the street from Lee Williams High School. Stop by our tent and take home a package or two.

We are going to be adding a bison jerky to the menu this week. We should have plenty ready for the Kingman's Market In The Park at Lewis Park and Pitchfork Market at Metcalf Park this Memorial Day weekend. Any suggestions on a flavor.?
