Today we had some high school students come help at Nu-2-U. They painted, sorted donations, checked over donated clothes and bagged items folks had purchased. They were excellent help and we thank them all!

With the City wide clean up under way and the City wide garage sales this weekend, just a reminder of what items not to donate to Nu-2-U. Large appliances, mattresses, and dirty, broken furniture. Clothing and bedding that is dirty, smelly or covered in pet hair is not acceptable. Cookware a or bakeware that is deeply scratched, bent or covered with baked on grease is not acceptable. Any item that is missing pieces or does not work as intended is not a good donation.
