🎉 Help us celebrate Chad’s 1-Year Anniversary with TruNorth Construction & Restoration! 🎉

One year ago, Chad joined the TruNorth family as our Director of Operations, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him on our team!

Chad brings a unique blend of leadership, consistency, and personality to TruNorth. He helps keep our processes and procedures moving in the right direction while making sure there’s always room for a little fun along the way! His dedication to keeping our team organized, accountable, and moving forward plays an important role in helping us grow and better serve our customers.

But what makes someone a great leader goes beyond the title. It’s the impact they have on the people around them, the standards they help set, and the culture they help create. We’re thankful for the time, energy, and heart Chad puts into helping TruNorth become the best it can be.

Chad, thank you for everything you bring to the team and for being such an important part of the TruNorth family. We’re excited to see what the future holds and look forward to many more years of growth, success, and plenty of laughs along the way!

Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Chad! We’re glad you’re here! 🧭👏
