Tennessee Bill Would Require “Charlie Kirk Memorial Courtyards” At Public Universities
A bill introduced in Tennessee would require every public university to create a “Charlie Kirk Memorial Courtyard for Civil Debate,” a designated campus plaza intended to promote free speech and civility.
