Public is welcome to consign items, but must be brought in at least 3 days prior to online or live aucti

on date. All items are sold as is, where is with no guarantee. Look before you buy. Buyer's premium is 10% for cash, 13% for credit or debit. We do not accept personal checks. Seller's fee is a 20% commission on all items. All items must be paid for on the day of the auction and items must be removed no later than the Tuesday following the auction. Any item left behind will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it how we see fit. No exceptions. By accepting a bid card, bidder acknowledges and accepts our auction terms. All sales are final. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. The auctioneer cannot honor mistakes. Do not move items within the auction house. We cannot babysit your items, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
