A tropical plume of moisture will continue to keep chances of rain through mid-week, with Monday and Tuesday having a Moderate Risk (level 3 of 4) and Wednesday with a Marginal to Slight Risk (level 1 to 2 of 4) for flash flooding. Remember: Turn Around, Don't Drown!
