As a Wendy’s General Manager, you will:
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedure to store management and crew members, ensuring all food safety procedures are executed in accordance with company policy
• Develop employees at all levels to maximize their contributions and future promotability
• Utilize company systems for recruitment, development, recognition, and retention programs
• Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals
• Ensure the continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness standards restaurant-wide, adhering to company policies and procedures

The General Manager Requires:
• 3 – 5 years of restaurant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Flexible work availability
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to provide legal identification and to work in the United States
• Food Handler Certification
