November 2025 - March of this year I spent alot of time on this PC300 hammering rock for the next house lot in Andover. People see the finish product, but not the hours of preparation with rock conditions for the foundation. Broke the hammer half-way through, and had to get repairs and a new tool bit installed. After the harsh winter we had, it was almost set for concrete work as soon as the snow melted.

Late April-May septic system installed for a repeat customer. AL wanted to build a retaining wall to keep his driveway from sinking off the edge, so we started with that project. We had to leave access to the sewer line and connect it to the new tank before we could complete the wall. After that, we excavated the field, saving what good sand was left from the old field and got the new one installed. Topsoil seed hay and on to the next one!

Ever see a failing septic system? This chamber field was overloaded and sealed off the sand layer beneath with black sludge. Small equipment with the right buckets made this job go smoothly at the end of winter. Ripped out, mucked out, replaced some sand and added washed stone for a new drain field install. Topsoil seed and hay, and onto the next.
