I can’t stop staring at my pretty Fall inspired nails. It’s been a hot minute since I posted, but I’m still styling my clients and finally getting inspired to wear Fall clothing. I LOVE SUMMER and I always have the hardest time switching over. your work on my nails is fabulous as always.
What Fall colors are you most excited to wear this year? I am loving all the wine shades and teal.

I haven’t owned a perfume in years and finally found the perfect scent for me from purchased . Instead of just 1 scent, I layer 2 on top of each other. My base is Jo Malone’s best selling fragrance English Pear & Freesia and I layer it with their Wild Bluebell cologne. I absolutely love it!
It feels like me.
Years ago I was learning about fragrances, so I could understand why my perfume smelled one way when I sprayed it but after awhile that scent seemed to change sometimes to a scent I no longer cared for. It is important to know the makeup of your fragrance, to ensure you love it at any moment.
Cologne has a top note, which you smell it for about 5-15 minutes. Next a heart note, which kicks in about 30 minutes after being applied and is generally a fuller/earthier scent. Then there is the base note, which lasts about 6 hours and really allows one’s personal chemistry to thrive.

Stylist tip: the best place to apply fragrance is the back of the neck right after you shower. The warmth of your skin will allow the fragrance to absorb quicker and be released. For me, the added benefit is my hair smells amazing, too from the perfume. Try to not put your fragrance on your wrists if you wash your hands a lot, because you will wash that away, as well.

I’m beyond excited with my nails!! I went full blown “Fall” with an ombré effect over my Fall palette. I’m trying out the almond shape, which I’ve been nervous to try, because I am afraid I will poke people and poke even more holes in my garden gloves! LOL! You can see a few tomatoes, pumpkin, mega sunflowers, and raspberry plants in the photos that I’ve grown. I am equally passionate about gardening as I am style.
Do what you love, period.

Soo happy and I got to attend our friends and ’s wedding ceremony yesterday!! It was a beautiful day and weddings are always an excuse to buy something fresh and new. I was rocking my dress with a vintage bag.

you looked gorgeous and I loved the dress change between ceremony and reception, so could get down on the dance floor.

I’ve been MIA on all my social media accounts, but I will be better from now in to catch you up on lo the good style you’ve missed or could be rocking.
