HELP I NEED A TURKEY.... I USUALLY GET A TURKEY EVERY YEAR FROM PENDIS LAW FIRM THEY USUALLY DO IT ON TUESDAYS BUT I FOUND OUT LATE THIS AFTERNOON THAT THEY DID IT TODAY SO I MISSED IT BECAUSE TODAY IS MONDAY AND SO I MISSED THE FREE TURKEY GIVEAWAY SO IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME WITH THE TURKEY PLEASE LET ME KNOW I CAN TRAVEL ANYWHERE ON A LYNX OR LYNX BUS OR A SUN RAIL TRAIN TO PICK IT UP I LIVE IN ORLANDO SO I CAN TRAVEL WHATEVER THOUGH AS LONG AS IT'S TIME I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME THANK YOU

Also I'm planning on coming to Kissimmee to panhandle this week I'm going to go up to Osceola Parkway in Michigan my old stomping grounds I haven't been in a long long time couple of years so I'm going to go down there either tomorrow or Wednesday I'll probably tomorrow or Thursday I can't go Wednesday because I work on Wednesday I do I put parts away I work on I work Monday through Friday but I only work for like an hour in the morning an hour in the afternoon Monday through Friday except for Wednesdays on Wednesdays I have to put the parts away for the company that I work for that's the way things like u-bolts and axles and entire hubs and brakes and etc etc so so either Tuesday or Thursday I'm planning on going down to Osceola Parkway because they're having a thing right now where students get to ride for free on the sun rail so I took it I should take advantage of that and go down and hit my own stopping around because there's no money up here I live in the hood and there's really really no money up here and I still live in the same spot I moved to 5 years ago and it's rough up here Saturday night I heard eight gunshots found out the next day that somebody was killed

And continuation of the previous post I was about to tell you the great news I found a lawyer and I am suing the city of Orlando for violation of my constitutional rights because they're violating my freedom of speech number one the last time I got arrested the cop lied and said I took money which I never did so he actually lied and I know they had the body camera running in the great thing about that was he told me he was arresting me because of an argument and I told him that the law was illegal a year so he arrested me because I heard his feelings I'm still in the process of that thing but meanwhile I'm meeting with my lawsuit lawyer on Friday and you you've seen the the news reports I'm sure about the panhandling laws throughout the states well the cosec foundation the Florida Justice institute the lawyer that I have has been involved with all those cases name is Ray cassif and he's coming to see me on Friday I'm sending the official paperwork but yeah I'm suing the city of Orlando for about violating my rights that way they can pay for all my court fines and fees and they can reimburse me for the time that I sat in jail and when I got bonded out and they can reimburse me for me getting out of school because of them arrest me the first time and I was out on bond I couldn't panhandle so my power got turned off my Wi-Fi got turned off so I stopped going to school for that happened I was a 3.62 GPA then when the case was all over with 9 months later I went back to school well actually it was another 3 or 4 months after that because it took me some time to get my power turned back on my power was off for over a year anyway when I

Well here's a fun update as you know the police have been arresting us for for panhandling but they're not supposed to because the supreme Court ruled that you cannot arrest people for panhandling so what they did was they made a new law just totally conduct and subsectioned it off of that thing is illegal for any person to give or receive anything from a motor vehicle well I've been arrested four times for this disorderly conduct the bond changes every time I go in sometimes it's 2:50 sometimes 500 but I usually get bonded out anyway the last time I got arrested the cop lied time before that I got arrested because somebody gave me a chocolate chip cookie so I took that case to trial and although I should have won the judge found the guilty anyways well here's the great news let me follow up in another post with a great news

I've been out of school for a while but I still had eight classes to finish I was having a problem getting a homeless exemption letter after I got a new case manager but after almost 2 years of being stuck and not able to finish I finally got a new letter so I will be going back to school in August I'm hoping I'm not going to be taking on too much because I'm going to do three of my retake classes I'm going to retake my English comp 2, psychology in Spanish 2 I'm really nervous about the Spanish I really need a tutor if anybody is able to help tutor me in the Spanish too I'd really appreciate it because it's been so long since I was in the first Spanish class

I am still a voice for homeless rights I was arrested for panhandling last year and I took it to trial because I knew that the Supreme Court had ruled that it was unconstitutional to stop people from asking for help poverty is not a crime I won the case the judge ruled that the law was unconstitutional and therefore void however I am still continually harassed and I've been arrested even since the judge has ruled that law is not valid I might contact the news about this because the things they do to homeless people who are already struggling is just horrible

Back in May I was arrested for disorderly conduct which is what they arrest you for when you're panhandling because because they're not supposed to arrest you for panhandling because it's a Supreme Court ruled in 2017 that panhandling soliciting is protected under the 1st amendment and the 14th amendment of the Constitution when I went to court in August 2nd I proved with case files and other suits in everything else I proved to the judge the law they had was not valid the sort of the conduct for holding up a sign asking for help anyways although the judge ruled that law was invalid and unenforceable because it is vague and it can target whoever they want to target I still get harassed constantly by the police This morning I recorded the officer telling me I can't pay enhandle and then he contradicted themselves
