🚨 Lo que se está planificando entre St. Cloud y Poinciana podría transformar por completo esta zona de Osceola County.

Estamos hablando de aproximadamente 3,229 acres ubicados directamente al sur de Lake Tohopekaliga, desde Canoe Creek Road hasta Southport Canal.

El plan conceptual contempla un mínimo de 7,349 viviendas, mientras que el plan integral permite más de 30,000 unidades a largo plazo. Pero esto no será solamente otra comunidad residencial.

También se proyectan:

Gran parte de este crecimiento dependerá del futuro Southport Connector, una vía de peaje estimada en $2.54 mil millones que conectaría Poinciana, St. Cloud y Florida’s Turnpike.

Es un proyecto a largo plazo, sujeto a fases y aprobaciones futuras, pero algo está claro: el corredor al sur de St. Cloud ya se está dibujando.
