Our team is out at Miners Tower today upgrading access points from the old tower to the new. This is part of our ongoing work to bring you faster, more reliable service.

Heads up: you may notice brief outages while we make the switch. Service should return to normal shortly after each swap.

📢 Weitchpec Service Alert

At 5:00 PM today, customers in the Weitchpec area may see an outage lasting about 45 minutes to an hour while our YTEL team moves equipment from the existing Miners tower to the new tower. A few more brief outages are possible throughout the week. Thanks for bearing with us as we work to improve your service!

Your current YTEL account remains active and in good standing. Going forward your bill will only reflect new charges.
