March 30th is National Take a Walk in the Park Day. Today, the City of Knoxville encourages everyone to stretch your legs on Competine Trail or at your favorite neighborhood park. This unofficial holiday encourages people to get active and enjoy the physical and mental benefits that come from walking in nature.

Thank you to the City of Knoxville Iowa Parks and Recreation for maintaining these beautiful greenspaces for all to enjoy!
