As creatives, it’s easy to forget to do the work for yourself that your clients pay you for. It’s easy to lose touch with our original love (creating, writing, design, illustration, coding, or whatever it is you find joy doing). We forget that we don’t actually need clients to build out our portfolios. We struggle to come up with new ideas.

I recommend setting up a sandbox for yourself and playing hard. Get messy. Get emotional. Dig deep to find the work you're proud of and share it with the world.
