Meet Lisa M. Jones, licensed counselor, clinical supervisor, educator, author, entrepreneur, and business owner.

Lisa founded Jones Family Counseling Center and later Jones Consulting Solutions. Over the years, she has built and run a multi-clinician counseling practice, supervised counselors early in their careers, developed professional trainings and continuing education, consulted with therapists starting their own practices, and written educational resources for clinicians and everyday adults alike.

Her clinical work has included private practice, community mental health, college counseling, crisis and disaster response, and juvenile detention settings. Higher education has also been an important part of her career. She has worked as an adjunct instructor, Graduate Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and counseling-center staff member, writing curriculum, supporting students day to day, and helping prepare programs for accreditation.

Before entering the counseling field, Lisa built experience in education, corporate operations, nonprofit adult learning, and multimillion-dollar major accounts. She also grew up watching family members run their own businesses, generation after generation, so entrepreneurship never felt like a stretch.

All of those experiences show up in her work today through mental health, trauma, education, business, financial wellness, and helping people build practical skills that genuinely change how they live.
