One of our clients is seeking an active equity partner for a small car lot in Knoxville.
"Small car lot operator is offering a part-time profit-sharing opportunity for an experienced car salesman. Minimum investment of $2,500 in cars is required, which we will match. Willing to match up to $100,000 after you've proven you can buy and sell cars. Together we will purchase used car inventory that you will sell. We split the profits. Your investment is secured by the inventory we jointly purchase. This is a real opportunity to make good money part time BUT you MUST have strong car sales experience in showing, selling, financing, and contracting buyers. You MUST be willing to develop prospects. We are mostly BHPH but we have relationships with lenders, and we are willing and able to develop more relationships if you demonstrate the need. You MUST be able to get deals closed and funded without short cuts or omissions - we operate our business with honesty and integrity. You must be eligible to obtain a Motor Vehicle Salesman License for our lot. Integrity and character are absolutely required so references will be requested before bringing you aboard.
