Congratulations to Norelis Posada on being named the 2024 Employee of the Year for Tranzonic Knoxville! What better way to celebrate such an accomplishment than a parade- complete with a float to ride on and the help of the drumline from the Clinton High School Band! Nore has an excellent attitude, a strong work ethic, and never hesitates to help our wherever needed to make sure that we get product in and out the door to our customers. Thank you for your hard work, Nore!

Take me out to the ball game! Tranzonic Knoxville had a grandslam of a time at our 2024 Company Picnic. We held this event at the Smokies Baseball stadium on May 4th (which also happened to be Star Wars night). We gave away over $5000 in prizes- including Yeti coolers, $500 giftcards for Delta Airlines, 40 hours of vacation time, and much much more! Former Employee of the Month- Wes Graves- threw out the first pitch, and then the game-and the fun- began! Here is a slideshow of some of the fun memories that were made. Thank you team Tranzonic for coming out to celebrate!

We have officially crowned our 2023 Employee of the Year for Tranzonic Knoxville- and what a ceremony it was! Lonny Holland of our maintenance department was given the royal treatment as he was announced and celebrated in our yearly ceremony. The drumline from Hardin Valley Academny joined us and led the charge as Lonny took his ride of fame. Lonny was taked with fixing anything safety related this past year. With input from his fellow employees and Lonny’s quick actions to rectify situations, we all work safer. His dedication and commitment to safety at Tranzonic are why he was nominated- and why he was voted to win by his peers. Thank you Lonny for all that you have done and continue to do!

Congratulations to Uzochukwu Chima on being named Tranzonic Knoxville Employee of the Month for February! During February, Chima was asked to step in and lead the Wheels team so other leads could assist elsewhere. The value stream ran smoothly, Chima kept a positive can-do attitude, and his team rallied behind him to get the job done. Thank you Chima for your work ethic, ability to lead, and the compassion and respect that you show for others.

We have had a lot going on here in Knoxville! We named our superstar Employee of the Month for October- which was Pablo Ortiz- for all of his hard work in keep us up and running safely. We took our Veterans out to see the Veterans Day parade and had dinner afterwards. Then last Friday- we had an employee,Uzochukwu Chima, and his wife Nicky Anosike-Chima (Former Lady Vol), show SPIRIT by bringing in 30 turkeys and all of the fixings-even apple pie- to give out to his coworkers who wanted or needed it. We truly have some amazing employees here at Tranzonic. We are so grateful to have you all!

We recently recognized a new superstar Employee of the Month here in Knoxville. Wes Graves, our CNC Mill Operator- started with us not too long ago- and has been a whirlwind of improvement and innovation from day one. His unique skill set, problem solving capabilities, positive attitude, and work ethic make him an excellent fit for Employee of the Month. Thank you Wes for all that you do-and for always looking for ways to improve and maximize product output. Congratulations on being named our September 2023 Employee of the Month!

Little did we know that we had so many heroes here at Tranzonic in Knoxville. Today we held a blood drive- thanks to our friends at Medic Regional Blood Center. Even though Danya Johnson- our Senior Quality Assurance Manager didn't have her cape on- she is shown here along with Tranzonic team member Sharon Childress- potentially saving up to 3 lives each. Pretty heroic, right?? We had quite a few others sign up as well- so thank you to all of our team members who gave a donation today. Donation levels are very low right now across the country- so please think about signing up to donate in your area.

Record Breaking is becoming part of every day life at our Knoxville facility! The production value streams continue to set new records all the time (in production and in days safe) AND the shipping team keeps increasing their numbers of pallets shipped per day. The Adenna and Hosepco Sales teams have been selling everything that's not nailed down here lately and they wanted to show their support to the Knoxville team by feeding them lunch last week. Thank you Team Knoxville for your commitment to getting out quality products quickly- and thank you Adenna and Hospeco for your hard work and for showing appreciation to this hard working team!
