At Bubba’s 33 Auburn Hills, the project team has been closing out building systems, technology, site work, and trade punch items while working through the remaining requirements for final inspections and turnover.

Every completed system and resolved punch item moves the space closer to being placed in the client’s hands.

Our crew is making progress on exterior caulking and painting at Texas Roadhouse while navigating some wet weather. Roofing sign-off and walkthroughs are next as we continue pushing this project toward completion. 🏗️🔨

A lot is happening behind the walls in Beavercreek. 👀

This week at the new Bubba’s 33, crews tackled FOH and BOH framing, electrical rough-ins, fire alarm and security pre-wire, insulation, plus fire line and domestic water work.

Outside, site work continued with meter pit plumbing, gate posts, and bollards as the build keeps taking shape.

Bubba’s 33 Beavercreek Progress Update 🚧

Despite rainy weather limiting exterior work, the project team continued making strong progress inside the restaurant. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing crews focused on above-ceiling rough-ins, ductwork installation, kitchen hoods, grease duct systems, and electrical panel work to keep construction moving forward.
