I was once asked to TRY AND SIT IN THAT CHAIR.

Sounds easy, right? NOPE. Everytime I sat, I was told “nope, try again”. After a few attempts and being super confused...I finally understood.

There is no TRY. Only DO or DONT DO. Let that sink in for a sec.....

Do what will help you & grow you! “Trying” is just as efficient as sitting there and telling yourself you can’t. DO THE THING! Maybe the outcome is great, maybe it’s not. But you DID THE THING and probably learned a few things along the way. That in itself is a WIN!

Either sit in the chair, or miss just a bit and sit on the floor. Either way, you’ve now got a minute to sit, reflect, and do better next time! Even if your butt hurts a bit...it’s just life’s little growing pains 😉

Looking for someone who is wanting a flexible "make your own" schedule & supplement your household income. This position does not require full time hours and is a 1099 position. The right person will be personable & outgoing, while also seeing the importance of working with values, morals, and ethics. Driving to clients is a possibility, but not required. This position would primarily work with Small Businesses generating relationships between the businesses' team and Align. This would start as a commission only position, however could turn into something more depending on the person's drive and performance.
