Kassandra, our Travel Plaza General Manager, will be leading the Travel Plaza team in driving sales and delivering an exceptional guest experience. She brings with her 20 years of management experience from Pilot Company and has already proven to be an invaluable addition to our team.
In just three weeks, Kass has made a tremendous impact in getting the store up and running smoothly, even while navigating challenges and adversity along the way.
She’s a true Bulldog: determined, resilient, and relentless in getting the job done. But don’t worry, she’s had all her shots… and, surprisingly enough, she’s also pretty great at paperwork.
Brandy, our Assistant Restaurant General Manager, is suspiciously calm, so approach with hunger and a sense of humor.
She will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to help lead Jack in the Box in driving sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and ensuring the team maintains the highest standards in food safety and quality.
Brandy brings 25 years of restaurant management experience to the team and most recently joined us from Popeyes. In just three weeks, she has already made a significant impact through training, leadership, and her ability to maintain a calm demeanor in the middle of a changing storm.
Simply put, when things get hectic, Brandy stays cool, collected, and ready to keep the operation running smoothly.
